Monthly Luncheon | Ross Bingham
We are pleased to present Ross Bingham, Chief Executive Officer – Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW
Being a more socially conscious business or professional will help you in more ways than just a tax deduction. Giving back to your community has been proven to impact your business’s bottom line, boost your image and grow your internal culture.
Ross Bingham, CEO for Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW will join us at our August Luncheon to share the importance of workplace giving and corporate volunteering as an avenue for a better world and business success.
With 20 years of experience at the helm of Ronald McDonald House throughout Newcastle, Tamworth, Gosford and Forster, Ross will share why getting your staff involved in the community will help your business thrive and, in turn, benefit local organisations doing good, and will provide insight on how you can setup these practices in your own workplace.
Ross has been involved with Ronald McDonald House Northern NSW since its inception in 1991. For over 20 years he has been at the helm of the organisation as CEO. Ross is passionate and dedicated to improving the world for kids. And he’s perfectly placed to do just that. Ross leads a team of equally passionate and caring staff and volunteers at Ronald McDonald Houses in Newcastle and Tamworth, Ronald McDonald Family Rooms in Gosford and Newcastle and the Ronald McDonald Family Retreat in Forster. He also a key driver in our Ronald McDonald Learning Program where children that have missed schooling due to illness can receive one on one tutoring. He is also an avid lover of sports, in particular cycling – riding over 7,500kms in the last 12 years raising $2.5m in the Ronald McDonald Ride for Sick Kids. “We can’t always make the children well, but we can always make their situation better” is his motto.
